1. Account Setup / Email on File
We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. If you have a domain name registered with ProxyBlaze, it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your domain account and your actual domain name(s) is correct and up-to-date. ProxyBlaze is not responsible for a lapsed registration due to outdated contact information being associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change this information, you should contact our sales team via email. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.
2. New Accounts (Fraud Checking)
All new web hosting accounts purchased on are not set up instantly by our system. It will be needing activation by a team member pending security check and you will receive two (2) emails including login details after your purchase activation. Due to unforeseen complications with various mail servers and any connection problems between your ISP and ProxyBlaze, this process may sometimes be delayed.
3. Payments
When you subscribe to our services, you are subscribing to a pre-paid service. All payments will be charged using PayPal, CC or, LibertyReserve. Renewal notices are sent several times via email from 1 to 10 days after the renewal date. Accounts 7 days past due will be disabled. Accounts 15 days past due will require a $15.00 USD fee to enable. We only accept PayPal, Credit Card, Liberty Reserve, AlertPay, Western Union and Bank Wire for payment of services. In the event that your yearly charge is denied and we are unable to contact you, then the aforementioned fees to enable your account shall apply. Please address any questions regarding payment to ProxyBlaze sales.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your services, you must request a cancellation by opening a Support ticket.
You will need to cancel any subscription to Proxyblaze from your paypal account. Click here to know how to cancel automatic payments from your paypal account.
5. Refunds/Account Termination [ Refund Policy ]
If, for any reason, ProxyBlaze fails to deliver said services, a prorated refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued if abuse of our stated policies forces ProxyBlaze to suspend or terminate your services prematurely.
We have a 24 Hours full refund policy only if our service(s) is not reponding (Dead). We can provide a prorated refund if the REASON is VALID, which will be issued within 24 hours.
If we found our that you have accessed our proxies then we will be unable to issue any refund as the proxies are tested first by our script before the delivery for the exact purpose that you have requested.
In the event you request account cancellation, once your service has been cancelled your account will be suspended from use. It will then be deleted within 30 days. If for any other reason your account becomes suspended and remains suspended it will be deleted after a 30-day period.
* Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.
* Pron, Spam/Abuse, Gambling, Pharmacy, Dating sites, Emailing are striclynotallowed.
Any illegal activities with the proxies would result in a ban and no refunds.
If You do Misbehave with the Support Team (Chat/Ticket) will also waive the refund policy.
* We do not guarantee any replacements if our services are banned/blocked by any of the websites & cannot issue any refund. It's the clients responsibility to return our Proxies to us clean and not blocked by any provider, if you do you must notify us upon cancellation.
* Refund applicable with valid reason, which can't be solved by us.
* No Refund will be issued if you are using second time our service it's only offered once a customer for any product in the first billing cycle only.
* If you do not have subscription payment, we reserve the right to suspend your account & proxies before 3 days.
6. Proxies & Proxy Servers.
- Our proxies should only be used for lawful/legal purposes.
- Delivery might take upto 72 hours for a customized order.
- Only one login account will be provided for private proxies. The staff will charge you extra for an additional account.
- All private proxies packages are subjected to contain 1 non-sequential subnet & from a single city.
- Sharing of our proxies and proxy account will result in a ban & simply no refunds.
- Any illegal use would result in a termination of the account and a strict legal action would be taken.
All services provided by ProxyBlaze may only be used for lawful purposes. IRC and Torrents are allowed on our dedicated servers but not on proxy servers. These private proxies are dedicated for your usage.
7. Bandwidth.
-All ips are subjected to have 35-40 Gb/Month.
8. Affiliates.
Affiliate Earning Percentage one time - 10%
Affiliate Payout Amount - $30
Affiliate Commission Delay - 30 days
No Affiliate commission will be counted if the user is already using any of the coupon codes or any other offers.
9. Privacy Policy
Proxyblaze respects the privacy of its clients. We will never monitor, disclose or edit any of our clients personal information or the Usage of the services that we offer, including its content without your permission UNLESS we have a reason to believe that such action is required to;
1) Comply with legal requirements
2) Comply with legal process
3) Secure the rights and services of Proxyblaze
4) Enforce the Agreement
5) Secure the interests of its clients, we may provide some analytical user information to third parties which will definitely not identify you personally OR compromise your own security.
You agree that we might access your account in order to troubleshoot technical errors.
These Terms of Service, Also called Terms and ToS are subjected to change at any time without notification. It is the Clients responsibility to read the ToS and Follow it in case of any changes.
